DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery rates to Spain, Portugal (mainland & Baleares).
A standard next business day delivery charge to Spain (mainland) is 6,90€. Shipping to Spain and Portugal (mainlands) is
free of charge for all orders over
40€.
A standard next business day delivery charge to Spain (Baleares) is 9,80€ Shipping to Balear islands (Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza) is
free of charge for all orders over
50€.
We will normally process your order within 1-2 business days. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email with a track and trace link. Our delivery time (mainland) is normally 1-2 business days.
Our delivery time (Baleares) is normally 3-4 business days.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
We currently deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, France (mainland), Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands (mainland), United Kingdom (mainland).
The delivery price* is 16.90€ per order (home delivery). Orders over 75 € we deliver free of charge.

Denmark, Greece (mainland), Ireland, Sweden.
The delivery price** is 24.90€ per order (home delivery). Orders over 90 € we deliver free of charge.
Countries:
Zone 3***.
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania.
The delivery price*** is 29.00€ per order (home delivery). Orders over 105 € we deliver free of charge.
Please Note: Please make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly.
Shipping costs are calculated during the Checkout of the order and are based on a number of factors such as the destination country.

Delivery charges to the rest of the world may vary, please email
info@totalfortix.com for delivery rates and shipping time estimates. Shipping rates depend on delivery location, order size and weight.
INTERNATIONAL RESHIPMENT CHARGE If the courier has to re-deliver a parcel, due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge to cover reshipment plus handling fees. Please contact us to provide further information as shipping charges will vary based on weight and destination.
REDELIVERY
If the Supplier has to re-deliver a parcel due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
SPAINAs our customer, you always have 14 days of return right to unopened and unused products. Please contact our customer service at

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase is shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please keep the return receipt for possible tracking purposes.
If you need to return a defective product or it is incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs as long as the product is not unopened. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part. In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back that item and immediately ship you a new item. Any difference in purchase price will be credited to your account. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
MIKISTER TEAM S.L (legal company representative of TOTALFORTIX) will check all incorrect or defective products that are returned. If we do not consider that the returned product has a defect, is damaged or is incorrect we reserve the right to invoice the product again, as well as any associated expenses.
Please note that not accepting the delivery is not equivalent to a return and refund and the delivery costs for not accepted deliveries will not be refunded. The precondition for refund is that the product is still vendible.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
